Hey y’all! It has been such a long time since I have shared what makeup products I use on an everyday basis. I pretty wear this every single day. Sometimes I will wear eyeshadow, but on most days I don’t.
Amazonian Clay full coverage Foundation. This foundation is has really good coverage and is the only foundation I have found that doesn’t turn orange. Review I did on this.
Hard Candy Glamoflauge Concealer. I use this to cover up my dark circles, eyelids, and any blemishes I have.
Airspun Loose Face Powder. This is a great drugstore powder for oily skin. I also did a review on this which can be found HERE
Two Faced Milk Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer. This is amazing. I got this for Christmas and love the contour I can get with it.
To highlight I use the 2nd in the highlighter row of this Carlie Bybel palette. It is a beautiful golden champagne color.
To fill in my brows I use the shade “Undone” in the Naked 2 Basics Palette by Urban Decay.
Eyebrow gel and Mascara. This is my go to mascara. I have been using it for about 5 years (different bottles of course). It makes your lashes so full and voluminous.
I hope you guys like this post! Let me know in the comments down below what your go to products are.

Hey y’all! Happy Friday! So within the past month I have gotten on the Paper mask band wagon. I was Christmas shopping one day and got intrigued so figured I would pick some up and try them.
The one frustrating thing I do not like about regular face masks is the taking off part. Maybe I’m just doing it wrong, but nothing is relaxing to me about having to scrub your face with water and a wash cloth to get the face mask off. I think that is one of the reasons why I became obsessed with paper masks after my first use. You don’t have to wash your face afterwards.
THE BEST PAPER MASK EVER:
yes to tomatoes: DETOXIFYING CHARCOAL PAPER MASK
This mask uses charcoal to clean your pores and also detoxify your skin. You leave it on for about 10 minutes. This masks makes my skin feel tingly & relaxed while it’s on and clean and refreshed afterwards.
I would highly recommend this mask. They are about $3 each which sucks because I would use one every single day if I could, but they are worth the money. I just have to limit myself to 2-3 a week lol.
Leave me a comment down below what your favorite paper mask is. Make sure to follow this blog so you don’t miss any of my posts!
Hey y’all! I am so excited for 2017! I love change and feel like the new year is the perfect to start. You have a clean slate. One thing that I do at the start of every year is look back and reflect on what happened the previous year in my life. Since I started this blog I figured this year I would share it with you all.
January 2016: I was working at as an assistant at a hair salon. This was a very fun and cool experience because I have thought about going to cosmetology school myself.
March 2016: I went to Southport, NC for spring break!
April 2016: Turned 17 and went to IKEA for the very first time.
June 2016: FINALLY finished my junior year of high school. This was by far my least favorite year.
July 2016: Went to a summer camp in TN with my church and went on a Road Trip! I love to travel so of course I had a blast.
August 2016: I started my senior year of High School
November 2016:Learned how to sew and had an awesome Thanksgiving with my family.
December 2016: Hung out with my friends a lot and had an amazing Christmas.
Movies & TV
The Duff ( one of my favorite movies now )
The Bachelor Franchise
2016 was pretty great, but I have a feeling that 2017 will be even better. There are a lot of changes coming this year and I am so excited!
What were some of the highlights from your 2016?

Hey ya’ll! Welcome to “Blogmas Day 3”! Today’s post is all about my holiday essentials.
My Real Techniques beauty sponge is a must, especially in the winter. This is a dupe for the beauty blender and gives a natural and more dewy look. This is great for the winter when everyone tends to have skin more on the dryer side. By using this sponge your makeup will look less cakey.
This is a mauve lip color from essence and it is seriously AMAZING. It’s only $2 and stays on all day. It is Avery natural almost “your lips but better” shade.
If I’m not wearing my mauve lip liner ,I’m wearing this red lip combo.
This Mary Kay extra emollient cream is my favorite mouisturizer ever. It says it is targeted for dry skin, but I have oily skin and love it. I just got this palette on Black Friday, but have been wearing it everyday since. I love the colors, especially the matte purples. You can really darken up the look or make an everyday natural eye as well.
What are your guys holiday winter Essentials?

Hey y’all! I hope every one had a Happy Thanksgiving and Black Friday. We had some really good food this year. I made mini apple pies and homemade stuffing, which I will have a recipe post coming soon about!
This year I technically didn’t go “Black Friday” shopping. I went to Old Navy on Wednesday night because that is when their deals started and I figured it would be less crowded, there was only like 10 people shopping. On Thursday I went to Belk, Ulta, Michaels, and Walmart.
I am so over spending so much money for candles at Bath & Body Works so I decided to get 2 candles from Michaels, each $2
What did you guys get on Black Friday? Make sure to follow this blog because coming December 1st I am going to be putting up a post every single day til’ Christmas. “Blogmas if you will.
Hey y’all! Happy Friday! Obviously from the title you can tell that today’s post is going to be all about setting powder for oily skin.
If you have been reading this blog for a while you probably know that I have oily skin and struggle a lot with it. It’s hard trying to keep your face from looking like an oily grease ball with out your makeup looking too cakey. Also, who honestly has time to reapply powder every 2-3 hours? Maybe I’m the only who doesn’t… but I have a feeling I’m not. Needless to say, I have tried MANY different types and brands of setting powder and think I have finally found one worth mentioning!
You can buy this at Walmart for about $6.00. This is the only powder that I have found that actually keeps my makeup looking decent throughout the day. Plus, it’s a dupe for the Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder. This powder is purely a setting powder as it comes in translucent, so if you are looking for a powder that will give you extra coverage; this is not the one for you. There is a slight aroma that reminds me of my grandma, but honestly its not that bad and after a while you get use to it.
Leave me a comment down below telling me what you’re favorite setting powder is!

Hey y’all! Todays post is going to be about Makeup Brushes and keeping them clean. By the end of every week my makeup brushes look pretty disgusting. But if I’m being honest, I don’t clean them as much as I should. I probably wash them about once a month which is gross, so don’t take that advice. I’m trying to get better though, and at least wash my foundation brush every 5 days or so.
What I use to wash my makeup brushes:
City Vivo Brush Egg: This make sure all the makeup and gunk gets out of the brushes. I would seriously recommend this SO much, it makes cleaning makeup brushes so much easier.
Baby Shampoo: I use baby shampoo to actually clean the makeup brushes.
What do you use to clean your makeup brushes and how often do you clean them?
