Everyday Makeup Routine for School

Hey y’all! It has been such a long time since I have shared what makeup products I use on an everyday basis. I pretty wear this every single day. Sometimes I will wear eyeshadow, but on most days I don’t.

Amazonian Clay full coverage Foundation. This foundation is has really good coverage and is the only foundation I have found that doesn’t turn orange. Review I did on this.

Hard Candy Glamoflauge Concealer. I use this to cover up my dark circles, eyelids, and any blemishes I have.

Airspun Loose Face Powder. This is a great drugstore powder for oily skin. I also did a review on this which can be found HERE

Two Faced Milk Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer. This is amazing. I got this for Christmas and love the contour I can get with it.

To highlight I use the 2nd in the highlighter row of this Carlie Bybel palette. It is a beautiful golden champagne color.

To fill in my brows I use the shade “Undone” in the Naked 2 Basics Palette by Urban Decay.

Eyebrow gel and Mascara. This is my go to mascara. I have been using it for about 5 years (different bottles of course). It makes your lashes so full and voluminous.

I hope you guys like this post! Let me know in the comments down below what your go to products are.

What’s in My Purse: Longchamp Le Pliage Small Shoulder Tote

Hey y’all! For Christmas I got a Longchamp Le Pliage Small Shoulder Tote! I have wanted one of these bags for about 4 years. I love it and have been using it every time I go out.

This picture doesn’t do this bag justice. I got mine in a olive green color which is called “Khaki”. It is a nylon material so it is very durable material. You can fit so much in here! If I didn’t zip it, my laptop could even fit in it.

What’s in my Purse:

Lip Products: Chapstick & Peach Lip balm by Covergirl
Wallet by Fossil
New 2017 Planner from Target
Glasses case
Water bottle

Hope you guys enjoyed this post! Don’t forget to follow so you will be notified every time I post ( Sunday’s, Tuesday’s, & Friday’s ).

See ya on Sunday!

Give Thanks in ALL Circumstances

Hey y’all! Today’s post is going to be a little encouragement for everyone. While I was reading my bible and devotion last night this verse really resonated with me.

“Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus”.

                                                                               -Psalm 146:1-2

When you thank God for all of the blessings and pleasures he provides, you are declaring that he is God.

When you thank God during suffering, you are letting him know that you trust him.

The BEST Paper Mask EVER

Hey y’all! Happy Friday! So within the past month I have gotten on the Paper mask band wagon. I was Christmas shopping one day and got intrigued so figured  I would pick some up and try them.

The one frustrating thing I do not like about regular face masks is the taking off part. Maybe I’m just doing it wrong, but nothing is relaxing to me about having to scrub your face with water and a wash cloth to get the face mask off. I think that is one of the reasons why I became obsessed with paper masks after my first use. You don’t have to wash your face afterwards.

This mask uses charcoal to clean your pores and also detoxify your skin. You leave it on for about 10 minutes. This masks makes my skin feel tingly & relaxed while it’s on and clean and refreshed afterwards.

I would highly recommend this mask. They are about $3 each which sucks because I would use one every single day if I could, but they are worth the money. I just have to limit myself to 2-3 a week lol.

Leave me a comment down below what your favorite paper mask is. Make sure to follow this blog so you don’t miss any of my posts!

Welcome 2017 & Resolutions

Well another year has come and gone. When I think back 2016 was a pretty good year. I learned a lot about myself and accomplished a few of my goals I made at the beginning of the year. I know setting goals for the new year comes with the connotation of failure, but I personally believe that if you want to change something you can. I figured I would share my goals for 2017!

  • Keep my room consistently clean. I plan to spend 10 minutes each day cleaning it.
  • Have a healthy lifestyle. Both physically and mentally. I want to change my eating and exercise habits and grow deeper in my faith.
  • Stop sweating the small stuff and just have fun.
  • Graduate HS.
